The back pain exercises are very simple to relieve the pain and make you stress free and give you freedom from the back pain. The regular exercise is mandatory to get relief from the continuous pain and injury felt at the back always preferable to medicine.
The exercises you have to follow for the back pain are:
• Lean forward and stretch your shoulders.
• Hold firmly and tightly your both arms behind while sitting straight and stretch backward looking above.
• Lie on a bed or on the earth and keep rotating your arms upward and downward.
• Sit straight placing your legs before you and hold your thighs with hands and bend your neck forward toward your belly.
• Doing the rowing exercise in the air is also the best exercise to relieve from the muscles stress in the upper back.
