In our day to day life we do many works such as driving a car, sitting in a chair at the office, playing various outdoor games, lifting and pushing heavy things, etc. The activities we are not very much accustomed using our back muscles are the prime movers of low back pain causes. Lower back pain can also occur due to back injuries, sprains of ligaments, muscle strain or spasm, slipped disk, or joint problems.

 

 

Preventive treatments to get relief for lower back pain:

 

 

Do exercise regularly because an inactive lifestyle causes the lower back pain. While there are some specific exercises for back pain, overall it is important to stay active in our daily life. Walking and swimming are good exercises to improve in a better way our overall fitness.

 

Lie on your back on the floor with your knees bent and alternatively raise your both knees slowly to your chest to get relief from back hurts.

 

Overweight is one of the reasons that can make back pain worse and to get better shape of your muscles and joints, improve your posture while driving, standing, sitting, and sleeping to avoid the back pain.

 

Don’t lift anything bending over the object. Bend your knees and pick up the object keeping your back straight holding the object close to your body. While lifting something avoid twisting your body. Avoid smoking. Shoes with low heels are recommended to wear to avoid back muscle twist.

 

When moving any heavy objects you must push rather than pull and while shitting for longer period in office or driving a car or while traveling stretch in between splitting your time after each hour to get relax from muscle spasm.
