This type of back pain is mainly due to continuous activities that put pressure on the lower back. You must rest in order to attain relief. Getting heat therapy or ice therapy can also help. Consult your physician if the back pain symptoms persist for more than two-three weeks.
Most instances of back aches can be managed by adopting a proper posture. Sleeping in a hard, yet comfortable mattress is advised. Sleeping on a too-soft mattress can cause and increase back pain. Excess of strenuous activities or exercises should be avoided.
