Richard was working on his computer as usual when he was suddenly hit with a severe back pain. How it hurt him! But Richard just couldn't figure out the root of his pain. Was it because he had lifted a heavy box yesterday? Or was it because he had stopped exercising for a few weeks?

No matter how hard Richard tried, he couldn't figure out that his slouching posture on the chair was the reason for his poor back giving way.
